The Baby Boomers are a huge segment of the market that is on red alert for solutions to this killer. The Baby Boomers are the most dynamic market segment in history. There are approximately 78 million in this group. Everyday almost 8,000 Boomers turn 60. This trend will continue for another 18 years and improving their cardiovascular health is a significant issue for each one of them. The Boomers are accustomed to demanding, paying for and getting what they want. They will not retire like their parents generation. In addition to this market segment, there is growing awareness among younger markets about cardiovascular issues. There is a growing trend of heart attack and stroke becoming a concern for people in their 30s and 40s. All demographics are growing increasingly disenchanted with traditional medical solutions. The statistics show that traditional drugs, bypass operations, stints and other very expensive procedures just are not performing as expected. By the millions, Americans are seeking natural alternatives that work and will help them avoid the crisis of cardiovascular disease altogether. |
